- Develop and connect leaders to facilitate rapid replication of effective conservation models and scale collective IMPACT
Catalyze and enable replication of public-institutions-private partnership across the arid, semi-arid regions of Kenya and the Horn of Africa- Proactively invest in securing sustainable, healthy water catchments for nature, climate change mitigation and support economic livelihoods among dependent communities.
- Improve management/or protection of source water areas and increase agricultural yields and climate change resilience.
- A vision of success which demonstrates source water protection is applied across fragile communities to:
- Deliver conservation of freshwater and terrestrial biodiversity in and downstream of source water areas
- Increased agricultural and livestock yields from improving farming and grazing practices.
- Local leadership development: equip community with skills and tools for:
- effective resource management programs
- Improve community planning and practices
- Conservation to protect large integrated landscape
- Designing a regenerative community culture
- SDGs as a bridge towards a regenerative community
