Establish arid-semi arid regions eco-school programs that engages the young and resilient community activities on permaculture training for farmers, women and children’s health, rural-alternative livelihoods, biodiversity conservation, reforestation, preservation of biocultural knowledge, conflict resolution, appropriate technologies, and regenerative enterprise such as Horn of Africa.
This project seeks to alleviate poverty, improve the health and lifestyle of community members, increase access to water in the dry areas of the northern region, build community resilience, food security and green enterprise.

- Adopt modern, technology driven conservation agricultural practices
- Soil restoration through nitrogen-fixing , biodiversity

The services available through Innovation Hubs may be categorized under three pillars, with the services of each shown below:
Innovation activities, concerned with identifying opportunities for community empowerment through environmental protection and resilience building, digitization, and developing and validating innovative solutions based on cutting‐edge technology to fix social-economic challenges,
Skills creation concerned with building innovation capacity through enriching human capital,
Leveraging social capital and knowledge base to overcome intractable challenges. Engage traditional and cultural leadership to create a community consensus and commitment against deforestation and destruction of environment.
To enact community-led conservation and maintain a habitat connectivity:-
- equip communities with the rights, skills, tools to effectively manage, and benefit from the sustainable use of natural resources
- strengthen traditional conservation methodologies and the collective voice of community institutions
- Wildlife security and Wildland protection: identify charcoal and firewood merchants in the community, deploy them as community conservations champions to protect wildlife, the environment and nature conflict management solutions.
- Foster inter-county, national and regional conservation, community development and economic opportunities.
